Since there is lot of wrong information but facebook spreading around we would like to clarify for the record.  I don’t think it’s true. If facebook was really shutting down two things happened already. First facebook would have made headlines on almost all news outlets. Secondly microsoft would have intervened and trying to stop the shutdown confirming it was true. Facebook is incredibly hard to manage, but they would never remove something the whole world depended on. They’ll just get employees to manage it.

1. It was never officially announced. They’d notify us via Facebook itself.

2. People are so gullible, you are right to be skeptic.

Good to see you know the truth:

We are not shutting down accounts that are not “active” enough.

We are not going to start charging you to use Facebook.

We will never ask you to send us your password or login information.

We will never put the responsibility on you to send information to your friends. If we have information we need to share, it’s our job to get the word out.

When we do communicate to you about the site it will always be from a collective Facebook. You won’t hear from me, personally, or from Mark, or from Dustin, or from any of the FB bloggers you’ve seen here.

Facebook finally launched today offers a new social function, but only five U.S. cities has previously announced offering a service based on the check-in Facebook places, but it was long overdue, which would leave more space Groupon.

This space is increasingly crowded, and many wonder if Groupon can maintain their leadership. Research in Motion is now officially in the tablet business, as today its playbook hits stores in the U.S. & Canada.

The new 7-inch tablet will look to compete in a world handled by IPAD, the weekend has seen its launch huge sales and later as the demand has caused the world is missing. People were scalping even just outside the Apple Store in New York for tagging ridiculous.
