Social media is all the rage. And it’s here to stay. Facebook has his claws 10% of the world’s population. Twitter is knocked out of the 500 million accounts, 18 million of those who followed by Lady Gaga. And the functioning of the device you want to learn more of politicians.
Each candidate of Republican Party in the current main race has a Twitter account or three. For example, Rick Perry has his account, has his campaign and a “truth computer” account. This includes all accounts of running by others engaged in the tweets that are sent to promote the candidacy of Perry exclusively. One of thing, social media do results in a hotel, even a simple “Yes” on Facebook, its part of the data. “Destiny” is another. Tweet. Comment that may be interpreted in special software like display confidence (approval/disapproval) is another piece of data.
What we do with all these data?
Companies such as Socialitical want to help. One service Socialitical offers working with campaigns to analyze social media traffic to help applicants understand what people are saying about them, This is a process, which they call social listening.
“What are the hot issues? What people say about them? Our common monitoring software measures online chat and emotion, that allows you to monitor, to capture and respond. Key metrics include: emotion, volume, influence, authority and geography.”
How this information is used by the politician is the question. If a candidate is used to tell him what the hot button issues is in a given area, can he direct his campaigns and advertising efforts to target these concerns.

The researcher found that Bing : n gives rise to months of 15.1%, was mainly due to decrease of 0.6%, with a market share of Yahoo : n. The rankings are then Bing linked to Yahoo in November.
However, it is behind the three: -year-old search engine, which powers Yahoo Search Group at Microsoft, among the party. At this time last year, Bing share was 12% vs. 16% from Yahoo. Bing: growth is a reflection of the Microsoft n characteristic patience-the search engine has been a Drag on earnings.

How time flies for becoming a PPC/SEO affiliate. Affiliates had it easy before in promoting their products. They would create links, put it on a website, link it to article websites and the results would show. It became a question of quantity over quality. Just as long as the ads garnered a lot of clicks, everyone was satisfied just for the visibility.
But ever since the infamous Panda update got proper implementation from Google, it has grown all the more difficult to do traditional SEO. Content farms, a device of so-called SEO workers that once dominated the search landscape, were now somewhat blacklisted by Google, and a lot of top ranking sites before were suddenly relegated to the bottom tier, leaving you unable to get the same clicks you were getting before.
As an affiliate, you should learn to ramp up the quality of the pages you rank for. Gone are the days that you would have to spam your site or links with repetitive keywords. Now, you would need to hold the prospective buyer’s attention, and seriously think of it as a sale you must close. You must now be able to reach out to him at a personal level, and not just a mere click. The Panda update made sure that the most relevant sites stayed. Therefore, improving keyword and content usage should be high priority.
It goes without saying that strategically putting in keywords is still something you have to consider. You would have to be more subtle and construct paragraphs with more conviction. You wouldn’t just want to be promoting your product for the sake of; you would want also to hold the viewer’s attention and tell him, “hey, here’s the real deal.” By doing so, you could effectively get your message across, and you have a higher ratio in converting a sale.
For the PPC side, however, you would need a special tool to carry out that function. Moreover, you could keep abreast of the keyword techniques of affiliates through KeywordSpy. You could do this in three ways:
1) You could go directly to the Affiliate Intelligence section, which lists the top Affiliate Networks per country. From there, you could go to the ads and keywords used by the affiliates on those networks, together with their corresponding ROIs, the keywords utilized and the landing pages. Below is an example of what you would see when you access the Affiliate Intelligence section. You would see the chart showing the placement of the Affiliate Networks in the market, the listing of the respective domains, and the ads and products used by each.
2) If you, for example, the URL string, affiliate ID or product ID used by the affiliates, you could do a search on this using the Destination URL search. The search was especially designed for landing URLs, which would be a huge clue to locating a keyword or domain as they reveal information such as the affiliate’s ID, as well as the complete landing page and the related ad. Seen below is the example for the URL usually used by Clickbank affiliates, or “hop.clickbank.net”:
3) You could just go to any domain using the domain search and then filter the affiliate ads from there. To that type in the domain in the search bar, click Search, and then go to the Ads tab. Hover the mouse over Affiliates, then select Show Only Affiliates. Once that filter is selected, only the Ads used by the affiliates will appear (showing the Affiliate network used), and then after that you could dig deeper into the criteria, such as the landing page, keyword used.
To learn more about becoming a good affiliate through KeywordSpy, you could avail of the Affiliate Bootcamp, which costs $47. You will realize that is not so much a big amount when it comes to spending later on, as it really gives you a comprehensive view of how to use the Affiliate feature with KeywordSpy, complete with modules and reading materials as guides.

We hope this has been a productive exercise for you in terms of dealing with the new affiliate landscape. Remember, the times are a changing, and the best way to keep up is to have prior knowledge of the new techniques for affiliate advertising and promotion, while putting more substance into the ways that you do this promotion.

Factoring in negative keywords could spell the difference for the success of your campaign. While these may not be the keywords that the customers are looking for, they could influence what you want your company to be searched for and not. So for those who are considering including negative keywords in their ranking, here are some tips to help you out:
Refer to negatives when doing research for the keywords you would like to not appear for. One negative aspect of having to go about searching for keywords is when people will not click on the keywords you rank for. This will result in you garnering a low CTR. On the other hand, if you use common keywords, a lot of people may click on them than you would want, and this could increase the cost per click, enlarging your expenses.
Next, try to develop a negative outlook when it comes to utilizing your own campaign. Be on the lookout for keywords that would be rejected, or customers would have reservations in searching for. You can’t always stay dormant and content with the keywords you have originally searched for. Supposedly you want to advertise rubber shoes. You wouldn’t want to be advertising for brown shoes, etc. So you have to put this exact match in the keywords as a negative word. So you have to take into account those subtle differences.
Now that you have done the tasks previously mentioned, make negative keyword lists of your own. Create a list of the keywords you would deem negative and inappropriate for your search. While negative keyword searching is not a ready feature in KeywordSpy, it would help for you to figure out what keywords you would not want to rank for. In this instance, you could still look for the synonyms of keywords you do not want to rank for using the Related and Similar keyword functions. Using the brown shoes example we had earlier, here are the samples:

Lastly, utilize the negative keyword match type in Adwords. This match type was especially designed for you to help you target specifically keywords you want. Use the negative keywords to direct traffic to the website. The negative keywords adgroup feature can be used in the following manner:
· Click the Shared library link available in the navigation bar.
· Click on Campaign negative keywords.
· Click on the +New negative keyword list button. Afterwards, name the list and put in the negative keywords.
· Click on Save.
Why do these tips for negative keywords? There are a couple of things that you would benefit from should you employ negative keywords. For one, your ad will not be reflected for keyword phrases that would hardly be relevant to the target market. Next, there will be less clickthroughs that do not relate to sales, therefore increasing the CTR. Having a higher CTR will make the ad higher on the page, and you would not have to pay higher CPC, saving you money, and getting you high ROI.
At the same time, you should be careful not to overdo the usage of the negative keywords. There may be keywords that could work for one campaign that would not work for another. In that case, it could end up cancelling profits for that particular keyword. So make sure your usage of the keywords is well balanced.
With these tips, you can be aided in taking advantage of the negative keywords used for your campaign. So explore this opportunity and you will be able to capitalize on something good for your strategy.
