Targeted keywords should be exactly relevant & reflect to your web content, back linking for building the site’s trust factor & finally get traffic. The new way for your brand to interact your targeted audience is by social media profiles. Without strong site to hold all together whole efforts will go to waste. But you’ve got to first make sure your site is keeping in a brandable entity i.e. worth a strong SEO campaign.
1. Do not launch a website for rank building- It is important that search engines find and index your site correctly, is how to determine what kind of search queries that should rank for. However, search engines are not the only ones who make business with your company.
2. Everything should be tie up - A smooth transition from any off-site branding to your actual site, otherwise visitors think about the wrong place.
3. Centroid of your site of your online marketing - A website can be designed to look, feel and read exactly the way you want. On social networking sites, you have to adapt your brand to fit inside their formula. Examining The Possible Questions in the Google Panda Update
Sep 22nd
We’ve all heard about the Google Panda update, but many of us are not sure of the story behind the changing of algorithms for a lot of sites, going beyond the usual keyword research incorporation and content scanning that they usually do. The latest series of Panda updates are actually based on the questions that have been an enigma to most people, especially those caught unawares by the sudden update. We have, however, made an inquiry into the actual questions and found a lot of useful stuff.
To give you an idea of how comprehensive this update turned out to be, here are just some key questions, of which responses were used as criteria for the enactment of the update:
1. Would you trust the information presented here?
2. Is this article written by an expert?
3. Does the article have obvious errors?
4. Does the article provide original content or information?
5. Does the article contain insightful analysis?
6. Would you consider bookmarking a page?
7. Are there excessive adverts on the page?
8. Would you like to see this article in print?
9. Does this article provide a complete or comprehensive description of the topic?
10. Are the topics driven by genuine interests of readers of the site, or does the site generate content by attempting to guess what might rank well in search engines?
11. Is the site a recognized authority on its topic?
12. Would you give your credit card information to the domain?
13. Would you trust <type of content> from this site?
14. Would you recognize this site as an authority?
15. Would users complain when they see pages from this site?
Seeing these questions, you would know that there is some delicate approach Google is taking to make sure SEO methods are kept in check. From the get-go, it is implied that the site should contain trustworthy information, be well written, as well as being something of value to its reader, not just the keyword research carried out.
You know that black hats won’t have an easy way out for such analysis. Spamming with excessive keywords that are taken out of context simply won’t cut it this time around. You have to make your page better, more lively, with more zing in it. You’ll need more than enough to guarantee that your site will be a keeper.
But now that you’ve been enlightened by the questions presented, you think to yourself: “Tantalizing questions, really.” So from here, how do you think you could go about satisfying each of the questions? That in itself should already be a clue for you.”
At the same time, do not disregard the still valued necessity of having to include keywords in your text. These would still be important in order for people to be able to locate your site. You should look to keyword tools like KeywordSpy in order to get keywords you think would help you be effective in ranking and being recognized in search engines. Of course it would be miles better if content is considered, but make sure search terms are not neglected.
SEO is changing, and unfortunately, the change came unexpectedly. But just like all other web workers, we should continue to roll with the punches and challenge ourselves to keep up in this ever competitive SEO world.

Tips for Using Facebook Ads
Sep 19th
Your Business Goals should Match the Platform:
Facebook advertising is not particularly useful for direct sales, unless you happen to be selling exactly what people want. Users of social networks tend to be fickle a lot, and your margin of error will be quite thin if you want them to buy today. Groupon and other sites have seen some success with direct sales & get a deal in terms of bargaining never goes out of style. But the real possibility is the construction of the list. If you use Facebook ads to build your list of fans or your e-mail list, you’re much more likely to be successful. In this type of campaign, the goal is to get any approval to market in the future rather than to convince them to buy from you today.
Use of Demographic Segmentation:
The ability to choose your ads will show to whom and at what time of day is the real substance of the Facebook platform. To take full advantage of this feature, you may want to create different ads to show different groups of people.
Log in once a day:
As the campaign runs, to see the number of impressions and clicks on each of your ads. If you set up multiple ads, just focus on to those who receive more visits and clicks. The results may surprise you. Remember, with Facebook campaigns, you have the ability to adjust quickly if you notice that something isn’t performing as expected.

Keyword Match Type Differences for Google Adwords and MSN adCenter
Sep 13th
Online advertising has indeed come a long way since its beginnings in the early part of the last decade. Web developers and advertisers have cashed in on the trend, and these have clearly paid off for them. No longer will people need to scroll further down for results generated by keywords that they have searched; once they have searched a keyword, links to their page will appear at the very top of the page and they could proceed to those results immediately.
For search advertising networks, there are two clear giants in the industry: Google and Bing. Both have established themselves as being popular venues for showing ads, capitalizing on the searches people do everyday, and targeting keywords for results.
But as much as we would like to think that both search networks think alike, you will be surprised to know that there is a difference between Google Adwords and Bing AdCenter when it comes to word types. This would spell trouble for those accustomed to the slightly popular AdWords who are trying to adapt their strategy to adCenter. Your keywords strategy should be in line with each of the networks’ strategies and be careful not to confuse them.
Now to make it easier for the differences between the two to be distinguished, we have enumerated for you the differences of each of the networks when it comes to the search type:
First of all, we discuss the most common type, that of broad match, in Adwords, and ad will come up when a user’s search keyword will contain any or all the words included in a keyword in any order, and together with different terms. In Adcenter, on the other hand, broad match keywords will show the display of the ad when all of the words in the keyword will appear in any order, in a customer’s search. To demonstrate further, here are example of terms and how they fit in. (Note: A plus sign + signifies “yes”, while a minus sign – signifies “no”.)
Broad Match:
| Keyword | Adwords | AdCenter |
| sports | + | - |
| car | + | - |
| Sports car | + | - |
| Sports cars | + | + |
| Drive sports cars | + | + |
| Sports cars to drive | + | + |
| Sports coupes | + | + |
For phrase match types, the same order of terms will appear in the 2 networks. The ad will show when a user will search a phrase containing all the keywords, in the same order. The ads, likewise will come up for searches that contain other terms long as it would have the exact keyword phrase that was placed.
Phrase Match:
| Keyword | Adwords | AdCenter |
| sports | - | - |
| car | - | - |
| Sports car | - | - |
| Sports cars | + | + |
| Drive sports cars | + | + |
| Sports cars to drive | - | - |
| Sports coupes | - |
For exact match, in Adwords, the said ad will appear when the user will look for the particular phrase. In adCenter however a search is triggered when the keywords appear in the exact order of the words in the keyword, for that exact same order in a customer’s query. Keywords that have apostrophes will not be ignored. Not like Google, Bing will disregard words in search queries that would include precursors “a”, “an”, “the” and the like.
Exact Match:
| Keyword | Adwords | AdCenter |
| sports | - | - |
| car | - | - |
| Sports car | - | - |
| Sports cars | + | + |
| Drive sports cars | - | - |
| Sports cars to drive | - | - |
| The Sports cars | - | + |
For negative keyword types on the other hand; for AdWords, you have the choice of having the negative words being either Broad, Phrase or Exact Match. In contrast, on adCenter there are no negative match types. All the negatives would be viewed as phrase match, which would mean that a search query in Bing would only be blocked should it have the terms in the keyword for that exact order. In that case, do not add in negatives to adCenter, because Bing would not see it as such.
Negative Keywords:
| Keyword | AdWords Broad | AdWords Phrase | AdWords Exact | AdCenter |
| sports | + | + | + | + |
| car | + | + | + | + |
| Sports car | + | + | + | + |
| Sports coupe | + | + | + | + |
| sports coupes | - | - | - | - |
| Drive sports coupe | - | - | + | + |
| Sports car to drive | - | + | + | + |
So with that, we hope you have learned your lesson with regard to the different match types for each of the search networks. Whatever the keyword type you can be sure that KeywordSpy will cater that account type. KeywordSpy’s special export for Google Adwords and Microsoft AdCenter was especially designed to cater to help in the ease of exporting keyword data into the two Ad networks.
By learning about match types, you win half the battle to garnering profitability with your keywords. And you are saved half the strategizing you could do when you normally input keywords in your ads.

Keyword’s Shuffle For Matching Evolving Search Behavior
Sep 8th
The most important thing to remember is, when it comes to perform keyword research is that it is necessary to understand the user. If you do not understand how people are searching for the product, you will never be able to focus the right keywords. For example, you might call product “Analytics and business plan software”, but the potential customers are looking for”business intelligence software.” Even if both the key phrases to mean the same thing (more or less), as research should know that the spider? Therefore, it is very important to look at keyword research from time to time and make sure you have an in-line with your target audience’s search behavior.
Analytics of the site is your best friend when it comes to ensuring targeted keywords are still on tracking. But do not just look at analysis that have deliberately targeted. What are the other keywords that visitors use to find your site? Keep an eye on the arrival and keywords that indicate a change in behavior research. People re-learn how to find things based on what kind of results they get. When you cannot find what they need in a single search query, will change their search query and search for best results.
Just understand how people searching for your products or services allow you to create better content to meet their needs. It’s not just finding the right keywords! How people search allows you to correctly position your site without forcing it on your target audience. The right keywords will help your target audience come to you.
