Developers Get New Pilot Program Launch by Twitter
There is the announcement by Twitter of a new pilot program to distribute handles verified account and public profile metadata for developers, media and content services, and consumer device manufacturers.
The first partners of the program include: The Echo nest, Gracenote and Rovi. Developers will now enable to work with these three to merge verified account handle and tweets in the music and entertainment services. The Echo nest Twitter connects to your service accounts checked of Rosetta Stone to give developers a simple way to integrate Tweets from popular artists directly into their applications. Music intelligence platform Echo nest’s main powers and music services, Nokia platforms, including Radio, Spotify, MOG, EMI and iHeartRadio.
Gracenote will integrate Twitter verified accounts for musicians, actors and other artists in its database of music and video information comprise the metadata for the artists, albums and movies in millions. Gracenote’s database powers some of the world’s leading music and video products, including Apple iTunes, HTC smart phones, Ford SYNC, and Sony BRAVIA TVs.
Rovi offers home digital entertainment companies an easy way to add some Tweets directly from accounts in their services. Here reviews, artist bios and music clips, and use manufacturers and service providers are also considered by Rovi database.
Twitter account verification can be an important thing for the users because of false accounts which are very common. For this verification ensures that Twitter’s ecosystem will be better off if users can.
