Latest Gift Launching By Facebook
Sep 28th
With launching of Facebook Gifts, users can buy their friends gifts and they will ship right to their doorstep – and it all happens within the confines of the Facebook world.
No more hollow birthday wall posts, or congratulations on the new baby. Liking someone’s “I just got a new job!”status is no longer sufficient. Now, users have to option to buy their friends something that they can actually use. This is completely different from the now defunct Facebook Gifts of old that saw users send virtual items to friends.
Giving a gift is beautiful and easy. All you have to do is go to a friend’s Timeline and click the gift box icon at the top. Here a menu opens where you allows to select a gift and pay for it right there (by Facebook’s payments platform) – no third party sites necessary. When you give a gift, you also have the option of giving a card with a personal message. Finally, you can choose whether or not to post the gift to their Timeline or have it sent to them via private message.
If the procedure is complete, then the recipient will instantly get a notification that they’ve been given a gift and will be asked provide their shipping address. At this point in time, the recipient can also make alterations to the gift order including color, size, or flavor (depending on the type of gift).
In terms of Facebook potential revenue there is no doubt here. There are so many occasions for which giving a gift will feel suitable. Facebook knows this, and will be including “Give a gift” suggestions right under birthday notifications on users’ home pages.

Google Enables To Gather All Your YouTube Videos At Once
Sep 27th
It is easy to get all your videos off of Youtube, should you choose to do so.
Previously users have the facility to download individual videos using the Video Manager, but now Google enables you to take your whole collection at once with Google Takeout.
Google Takeout was launched in 2011 as an offering from Google’s Data Liberation Front. Basically, it allows you to capture your data out of multiple Google products, in case you want to switch to another service, or simply don’t want to use those products any longer.
Google makes you enable you to take out your original videos from YouTube. But this doesn’t mean you can do this with all of your favorites, playlists, etc.
It is said by the YouTube engineer Brian Hawkins “With Google Takeout, you can download all of the original videos that you have uploaded in a few simple clicks”. “No transcoding or transformation you’ll get exactly the same videos that you first uploaded. Your videos in. Your videos out.”

Creating compelling content on a consistent basis is almost an art form. In copywriting, the ability to take words and form them into something that connects with the reader is not always an easy task for most of us. Sure, there are those who seem to spit out content like a machine. However, if you are like me, good copywriting often comes with much thought and effort.
It is said, “The secret of becoming a writer is to continue keep on writing only.”
It is having a good understanding of what copywriting is, how to catch the interest of the readers, how to turn features into benefits, and most important, how to ultimately persuade, can be a great foundation at which to start from. Unique content that is able to complete these tasks will help in the overall process of Internet marketing.

Google Searches And Gmail Access Filtering By Iranian Government
Sep 25th
The Iranian government has started filtering Google searches and Gmail in order to increase its own security.
It is also announced Iranian intention to screen Google communications on Sunday and has already made good on its promise, according to reports, like this one from Reuters.
Further it is said, “Google and Gmail will be filtered throughout the country until further notice”.
Since then there have been suggestions that the ban relates to the controversial “Innocence of Muslims” film that has been gathering views on YouTube. Both Pakistan and Bangladesh have banned YouTube for not removing the firm already.
We’ve asked Google to confirm whether it is being filtered or blocked in Iran, but so far it has not replied.
Iran has a rather controlling attitude to the Internet and has already banned access to other online properties, including a rather hopeful sounding virtual U.S. embassy.

Google Tracked Microsoft To Safari Users To Use Bing
Sep 24th
Microsoft is using the fine levied against Google for its Safari privacy gaffe to tempt Safari users to use Bing.
The company has added a ‘Privacy Protection’ page to Bing’s website, and there it reminds anyone that will listen that earlier this year Google was fined $22.5 million by the FTC.
Google was tracking Safari users through what it called a mistake. It was fined a relatively small amount and promised not to do it again.
This was a while ago, but if you are Microsoft and are eager to get people to use your Google alternative, well, things like that don’t matter.
“If you are a Safari user, Google may have recently tracked you even though it promised it would not. Want to do something about it?” reads the splash on the Bing webpage. “Stop searching with Google and start searching with Bing. Better yet, make Bing your homepage and start every search with Bing.”
Clicking on the big, orange “Try Bing” button launches a search about Google, Safari, and the FTC fine.

IOS Users Enables For New App Store Search Results
Sep 21st
Recently iOS 6 was released and the new App Store and App Store search results are now in the hand of many iOS users. With that, Apple has changed the search results to display only one search result at a time.
Yes, when you use the App Store to search for apps on your iOS device, Apple will show a new user interface that only shows you one search result at a time. Developers and users are calling this broken because many iOS users won’t bother to look beyond the first result to find the best possible app.

In the image some difference is there which non-clear if you can slide the page right and left to get more search results.
Not too long ago, Apple change their app store ranking algorithms and many experts are saying that the best results are no longer the first results. Either way, showing one result in a app store with hundreds of thousands of apps available, might not be the best user experience.
Recently, Microsoft Bing began showing more than 10 results on a page while Google began showing seven or less in some cases.
This new app search experience in the App Store will result in less diverse set of apps being downloaded by users, lead to searcher confusion, fewer happier iOS users and lots of upset developers.

Common Slips In Paid Search Ads By Small Business
Sep 20th
While estimating paid search accounts and this always come across the few common mistakes. Below are to dedicate this article to those top mistakes.
1. Non direct Link With Product/Services:
Just give the exact link while bidding on your product/services. Don’t send home page link to the visitors. With increasing your conversion rate by exact link send to visitors. For example: Your bidding on the term “Yoga Ball” and you send visitors to your home page, don’t expect them to search your site for it.
2. Not Too Much Cost:
Be lovable to choose the lower rates/prices in the ads. It doesn’t mean to choose lowest but to makes some low than others. Please do not fool yourself into thinking just because you have the top spot in search ads that you will automatically make more sales.
3. Let Them Know Exact Thing What To Do:
If you have a great product/service but how do you turn an impression into a click? You give them a reason to. Calls to action are the key with paid ads. You can use the phrases like- Order Now, Limited Offer and Shop Now – all work well. Benefits also sell. Use, Free Trial, Free Shipping, Guarantee, Save & Free all do great as well.
4. Don’t Repeating Yourself:
If you are repeating the title in the body of your ad then please be aware for this, do not repeat what’s in your headline in the body of your ad. Use that space to sell your features and/or benefits. Too many beginners make this mistake and waste valuable actual ad.
5. Compare With Professionals:
If you want to know the difference between ads done by a professional versus a beginner then make your first word of every word in capitalized form. It gives a clean look in your ad. Exclamation points give a sense of urgency. Try using dashes and commas.

More Display Of Local Business On Google Maps
Sep 19th
Thousands of local businesses have a little more exposure on Google Maps.
The reason for this is Google is now showing small, orange dots to point to businesses that have participated in the Google Business Photos service. You may remember that — it’s the self-serve program that connects local business and local photographers to have professional interior business photos added to Google Maps/Places.
For seeing that what businesses on a Google map have the interior photos, you first have to grab Pegman and drag him over the map it is for looking for Street View imagery.
Pegman still point to where Street View is available with the blue street lines, and now the smaller orange dots show where business photos have been added.
It’s a nice bit of extra exposure for local business owners, a helpful feature for searchers that want to see a place before they visit and — in the bigger picture — another feature that distinguishes Google Maps from Apple Maps, which will debut tomorrow when iOS 6 is released.

Occupier Tweets Submitted To New York Criminal Judge
Sep 17th
While Twitter spent many months opposing attempts to hand over tweets to a criminal judge that belong to a member of the Occupy Wall Street movement, it could only hold on for so long.
It is reported:
“Twitter handed over tweets from an Occupy Wall Street protester to a New York criminal judge on Friday after months of fighting a subpoena from prosecutors.”
“The company surrendered the micro-blogging posts to Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Matthew Sciarrino but they will remain under seal until another appeal by the protestor, Malcolm Harris, is argued next week.”
Twitter held on as long as they could but Malcolm Harris’ luck with keeping that data private may have just run out.
“Twitter had faced a Friday deadline to comply with the subpoena or face contempt and a substantial fine. In court on Friday, the company’s lawyers asked one last time for the judge to stay his order but he refused and they turned over the documents to him.”
